The agreement between you and PublisherOpsAI when you use our plugin and services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “the user”) and PublisherOpsAI, a trading name operated by Muhammad Waseem Rafi (“PublisherOpsAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By installing the PublisherOpsAI WordPress plugin, creating an account, or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PublisherOpsAI provides a WordPress plugin and associated cloud services that enable publishers, content teams, and agencies to optimise, humanise, and govern AI-assisted content workflows. Features include AI content optimisation, humanisation, SEO metadata generation, bulk processing, brand voice management, revision history, content quality scoring, schema markup generation, and related tools as described at publisheropsai.com/features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.
We offer three service tiers:
Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. We will issue VAT invoices upon request.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of your paid plan access.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months already paid.
Refunds: if you experience a verified technical fault that we are unable to resolve within 14 days of you reporting it, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected billing period. Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@publisheropsai.com within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion and assessed case by case.
Free plan users may stop using the service and uninstall the plugin at any time with no obligation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The PublisherOpsAI plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public Licence v2 (GPL-2.0), consistent with WordPress licensing requirements. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the plugin code subject to the terms of that licence.
The PublisherOpsAI name, logo, website design, and marketing content are the intellectual property of PublisherOpsAI and may not be reproduced without permission. The GPL licence covering the plugin code does not extend to our brand assets.
You retain full ownership of all content you create and process using PublisherOpsAI. We do not claim any rights over your content.
Because your content is processed directly between your WordPress installation and your AI provider using your own API key, PublisherOpsAI does not receive, store, or have access to your post content at any point. You are solely responsible for your use of AI providers and compliance with their terms of service.
We aim to maintain high availability of the plugin and any associated cloud services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI-generated optimisations will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for publication without human review. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublisherOpsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
